Lokesh Seth

Lokesh Seth is a seasoned SaaS executive with over 25 years of experience in scaling technology businesses and leading high-performing teams. He has been a key driver behind multiple successful exits and IPOs, including Intapp’s $1.5B IPO in 2021. Prior to his role at Hazeltree, Lokesh served as President of Financial Services at Intapp, where he expanded the business from $2M to over $200M in ARR.

Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of DealCloud and Chief Technology Officer at iLevel, he played a pivotal role in positioning both companies at the forefront of private capital markets technology. His leadership consistently bridges innovative technology with strategic business growth.

Beyond his executive roles, Lokesh is an active investor, board member and advisor to early-stage tech startups. With deep expertise in SaaS, fintech, and private capital markets, he is passionate about driving sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and building strong, lasting client partnerships.
