Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Partner with the CFO to influence financial strategy and decision-making.

  • Own and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, projections, and analysis to guide business planning.
• Month-End Close Management
  • Oversee the monthly financial close process conducted by our outsourced team.
  • Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of financial statements.
• Financial Operations Development
  • Develop and enhance financial operations across organisation including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including international entities
  • Implement best practices and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency.
• Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with various departments to support financial initiatives.
  • Provide financial guidance and reporting to operational teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical & Industry Knowledge

• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Prior experience working in start-ups.
• Experience with international entities is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive front‑end applications with a strong emphasis on usability and performance.
• Own feature development from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate front‑end components with Python‑based services and APIs.
• Contribute to front‑end architecture decisions, including component design, state management, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on front‑end engineering.
• Advanced experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Working experience with Python, including consuming or contributing to backend services and APIs.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns, state management, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend systems.
• Strong foundational knowledge of SQL databases and data modelling concepts.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and modern software engineering design patterns.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, or containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, manipulate, map, and load data into SQL databases
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding support requests, timelines, and issue resolution updates
