Dipankar D. Roy

Dipankar D. Roy is a distinguished technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading global engineering, product strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. As Chief Technology Officer at Hazeltree, he currently drives innovation in treasury and liquidity solutions with a strong emphasis on AI and scalable technology strategy.

Dipankar previously served as CTO at NABU, where he led platform modernization in the edtech space. At INVIDI Technologies, he was Senior Vice President, overseeing complex SaaS platforms and offshore operations. During his tenure at International SOS as Global Head of Engineering, he directed engineering strategy for mission-critical services in over 90 countries.

At BNY Mellon, he transformed treasury operations through automation and modernization. Earlier, at StoneX Retail (FOREX.com), Dipankar rose through the ranks to lead end-to-end product delivery across web, mobile, and onboarding platforms, including the integration of multiple acquisitions.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School (GPA 3.947), where he earned the Ivan Brick and Mark Castellino awards and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. He also earned his Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers, graduating with honors.

Dipankar completed a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the Texas McCombs School of Business, with a focus on AI Ops, LLMs, and cloud platforms. He also studied Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School, and holds multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, CISM, PMI-ACP, and AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
