Client Success Manager

Job Duties

  • Responsible for maintaining and broadening the firm’s relationship with its clients. Fully responsible for their assigned clients
  • Assist our clients’ understanding of the Hazeltree products and train them on relevant new technology and reporting.
  • Work as part of a team and act collaboratively with the Sales, Product Management, and Development teams.
  • Product Innovation and evolution through client interactions. Communicate client feedback to technology teams to ensure timely request resolution.
  • Conduct regular client reviews leveraging internal analytics and user stats. Act as a consultancy service by ensuring clients maximize their usage and value from our product
  • Seek to upsell our clients with additional components and features

Project Manager

London | New York

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the client onboarding process by following the Hazeltree implementation methodology, which includes understanding the client’s current workflows and processes, capturing the client’s requirements details, identifying product enhancements, and defining new procedures and workflows.
  • Assist clients with day-to-day post-implementation functions.
  • Report progress and ensure the client is aware and up to speed on all project issues.
  • Own the resolution of any client issues.
  • Contribute to evolving the daily data validations and client report delivery processes.
  • Coordinate project resources internally and externally to ensure delivery of projects on time and on budget.
  • Monitor project budget and review project billing monthly

Senior Presales Consultant

Hazeltree is seeking Senior Presales Consultants. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a fantastic attitude, and be comfortable addressing new challenges daily. You will be responsible for architecting and designing comprehensive solutions that meet functional requirements in support of client needs.

Job Duties
  • Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis.
  • Demonstrate the suite of products (Hedge Fund and PE), both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and virtual (WebEx or MS Teams)
  • Maintenance of your own demonstration environment(s); therefore, you need to be technical enough to configure the solutions in order to meet your prospects and customers' use cases
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposals
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc., and be able to communicate clearly to business and technical decision-makers
  • Stay current on completive analysis and understanding differentiators between Hazeltree and its competitors.
  • Be a Hazeltree subject matter expert and help support marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
Required Skills/Experience
  • 5+ years of Presales experience; Hedge Fund, Private Equity, and/or Financial services experience would be advantageous
  • Proven presales skills: excellent communication skills and ability to articulate the meaning of employee service management as well as the key drivers for employee experience transformation in a way that’s compelling and memorable
  • Passionate about evangelizing our capabilities across internal communication platforms
  • Ability to establish credibility with executives, business decision-makers, and technical influencers
  • Self-starter/driver; ability to effectively complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • A high degree of passion, energy, drive, and willingness to travel (once we return to the workplace)
  • Ability to bring multiple parties together to drive key initiatives and successful outcomes
  • Experience with Investran, eFront, and Geneva is a plus

Software Developer

Bournemouth

Hazeltree is seeking talented Software Engineers. We are looking for passionate, driven, and diligent software engineers to join our group of highly skilled developers. Ideal candidates will be involved in the full cycle of the application development and release as a member of a cross-functional, distributed agile team - designing, code writing, and unit/integration tests, performing peer code review, hardening the code before release, troubleshooting, and analyzing issues coming from production

Job Duties
  • Design and development of product functionality based on business requirements
  • Development and ownership of full stack of application functionality – frontend, API, backend, and database, with some help from specialized (frontend, web markup, SQL, platform frameworks) technical experts, when needed
  • Participate in team planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective activities
  • Create and maintaining in green state sufficient unit-integration test coverage
  • Participate in peer code review for all committed code changes
  • Debugging and performing troubleshooting of issues in development and production environments
  • Performing root cause analyses of issues
  • Work on re-factoring, performance tuning, and code optimization
  • Work with Testers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to ensure the business requirements are understood and properly met and non-functional requirements are considered
Required Skills/Experience
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in programming under Microsoft .NET Framework or .NET Core
  • Expertise in development with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience in frontend development is a plus (JavaScript, Angular, CSS)
  • Experience implementing REST APIs and SOAP APIs
  • Experience implementing reusable components and libraries
  • Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development
  • Experience working with relational database systems
