Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the client onboarding process by following the Hazeltree implementation methodology, which includes understanding client’s current workflows and processes, capturing client’s requirements details, identifying product enhancements, and defining new procedures and workflows
  • Assist clients with day-to-day post implementation functions
  • Report progress and ensure the client is aware and up to speed on all project issues
  • Own the resolution of any client issues
  • Contribute to evolving the daily data validations and client report delivery processes.
  • Coordinate project resources internally and externally to ensure delivering projects on time and on budget

Client Success Manager

Job Duties

Senior Presales Consultant

Hazeltree is seeking Senior Presales Consultants. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, fantastic attitude and be comfortable addressing new challenges on a daily basis. Job Duties
  • Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis
  • Demonstrate the suite of products (Hedge Fund and PE), both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and virtual (WebEx or MS Teams)
  • Maintenance of your own demonstration environment(s); therefore, need to be technical enough to configure the solutions in order to meet with your prospects and customers use cases
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposals
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc. and be able to communicate clearly to business and technical decisions makers

Required Skills/Experience
  • 5+ years Pre-sales experience, Hedge Fund, Private Equity, and/or Financial services experience would be advantageous
    Proven pre-sales skills: excellent communication skills and ability to articulate the meaning of employee service management as well as the key drivers for employee experience transformation in a way that’s compelling and memorable
  • Passionate about evangelizing our capabilities across internal communication platforms
  • Ability to establish credibility with executives, business decision makers, and technical influencers

Product Owner - Data Insights

Job Duties

With the support of an in-house Data Scientist, enhance the exiting product as well as be involved with the creation of new data products. You will guide our operations team on how operation and support processes as required.

We have existing products that you will be maintaining, enhancing, and fixing but there is scope to launch entirely new products.

  • You will be working closely with clients and product manager and should be able to communicate with them on a business level.
  • You will oversee the writing of technical requirements, testing changes and be involved in the release process.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining the product roadmap, prioritizing development tasks, and maintaining documentation.
  • You will oversee the regression testing of changes on historical data and updating historical data with new releases.
  • You will talk about the product on customer calls and answer any product related questions clients may have.

Hazeltree is seeking  Software Engineers. We are looking for passionate, driven, and diligent software engineers to join our group of highly skilled developers.  Ideal candidates will be involved in the full cycle of the application development and release as a member of cross-functional, distributed agile team - designing, code writing and unit/integration tests, performing peer code review, hardening the code before release, troubleshooting, and analyzing issues coming from production

Job Duties
  • Design and development of product functionality based on business requirements
  • Development and ownership of full stack of application functionality – frontend, API, backend, and database, with some help from specialized (frontend, web markup, SQL, platform frameworks) technical experts, when needed
  • Participate in team planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective activities
  • Create and maintaining in green state sufficient unit-integration test coverage
  • Participate in peer code review for all committed code changes
  • Debugging and performing troubleshooting of issues in development and production environments
