Job Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients and successfully deliver concurrent projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within the defined scope and budget. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to help configure specific areas within the Hazeltree application as required throughout the project. Your responsibilities will include leading client discovery sessions, understanding and translating client requirements, coordinating internal teams on specific deliverables, and helping to resolve any product gaps or enhancement requests related to your projects. You will collaborate closely with the Account Managers, data connectivity, and data services teams, as well as the support team. Role is in office in New York City. The salary range for this role is 140K – 160K base plus bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
  • Manage a group of analysts and associates. Coaches and develops team members. Fosters a culture of transparency, feedback, and inclusive collaboration.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans and coordination of partner meetings, setting agendas, recording and distributing minutes.
  • Demonstrate strong project management capabilities by driving coordination of underlying implementation activities, including core application configurations, data ingestion setup, workflow configuration, and ongoing support.
  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships with key clients and partners.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Demonstrate understanding of financial instruments (specifically cash and cash equivalents) and operational processes related to cash/treasury management and be familiar with financial workflows related to treasury management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial institutions and account types/structures (banks, prime brokers, custodians, credit facilities, etc.); ability to oversee data connectivity requirements and work with the data connectivity team to source client data.
  • Deliver support to Implementation project managers on key activities related to project governance and application configurations.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for client-directed inquiries, addressing issues where possible, and escalating to the SVP, Services when needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Participate in collaborative efforts with Product Development, Engineering, and other internal teams to enhance product functionality for client onboarding and growth.
  • On-site support:
  • Flexibility to travel, as needed, to support clients across different regions.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, technology, or related field. 
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 4-8 years of experience in a client-facing role within the tech industry, with a focus on project management, onboarding and consulting.
  • Experience developing cross-team processes and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working with hedge funds and private equity firms is highly desirable.

  • Technical proficiency to quickly grasp new concepts, build product knowledge, and translate requirements for product development.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing competing projects and timelines effectively.

Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Site Reliability Engineer to support the design, scalability, and ongoing reliability of highly available systems on AWS. This role will be responsible for infrastructure reliability, monitoring, containerized workloads, and automation, working closely with development teams to ensure stable and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, Security Groups, Load Balancers, Lambda, and cost optimisation.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems, including Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, and Amazon Linux, across production and staging environments.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployments, services, ingress, Helm charts, and cluster upgrades.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure monitoring solutions for CPU, memory, disk, network, and availability metrics using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, LogicMonitor, or Datadog.
  • Implement application performance monitoring (APM) to track latency, errors, and throughput (e.g., Logic Monitor, ELK/EFK stack)
  • Establish alerting and on-call escalation workflows to identify and address issues before they affect customers.
  • Lead automation initiatives by replacing manual processes with scripts and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Bash, or Python.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
  • Define and track SLIs/SLOs/error budgets
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Maintain clear documentation for runbooks, architecture, and operational procedures.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering role
  • Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Lambda)
  • Solid Linux administration skills (shell scripting, systemd, networking, permissions, troubleshooting)
  • Practical experience with containers and Kubernetes, including building images, writing Dockerfiles, deploying and scaling workloads, managing Kubernetes clusters, preferably EKS, and using Helm.
  • Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, LogicMonitor, New Relic, ELK/EFK, etc.)
