Role Overview

Hazeltree is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own and operate the company’s day-to-day marketing engine while also expanding and optimizing programs that drive measurable top-of-funnel impact across sales and account management. This is a highly visible, hands-on role suited for a strategic marketer who is equally comfortable executing core marketing operations and building scalable growth programs in a B2B fintech environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-directed operator with strong judgment, excellent executional rigor, creative skills, and experience supporting revenue-focused teams with high-quality marketing assets, campaigns, and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Operations & Execution
    • Own and manage Hazeltree’s website, including content publishing, updates, and ongoing optimization.
    • Manage the full email marketing lifecycle, including campaign execution, segmentation, and performance tracking.
    • Own Hazeltree’s social media presence, including content planning, publishing cadence, and alignment with broader campaigns.
  • Campaign & Content Leadership
    • Lead the design, production, and distribution of Hazeltree’s flagship Shortside Crowdedness Report, including all supporting campaign assets in partnership with PR consultancy.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support demand generation and client engagement goals.

  • Growth & Optimization
    • Identify opportunities to expand and improve Hazeltree’s marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
    • Track and report on performance metrics across campaigns and channels, using insights to continuously refine strategy and execution.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles at a fast-growing technology, fintech, or B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute with minimal oversight.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with experience producing executive- and client-facing materials.
  • Comfort working across multiple marketing disciplines, including brand-templated designs (via Canva), content, digital, product marketing, and campaign management.
