Job Overview

Hazeltree is seeking a results-driven professional to lead sales and account management for its Data Insights solutions across the EMEA region. This role involves developing new business opportunities, exceeding annual sales targets, and managing relationships with current and future subscribers. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, support strategic initiatives, and represent the division at industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for finding and developing leads and sales opportunities for the Data Insights solutions in the EMEA region
  • Successfully attain and exceed an allocated annual sales quota
  • Account manage existing and future Data Insights subscribers in the EMEA Region
  • Liaise with Data Insights division team members to manage renewals, query responses, operational alerts, relationship management issues

Qualifications
  • Experience requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to lead critical financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close processes, and financial operations across international entities. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will play a key part in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Financial Leadership
    • Partner with the CFO to influence financial strategy and decision-making.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to drive organizational growth and profitability.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Own and manage budgeting and forecasting processes

About the Role

We are seeking a frontend–focused Software Developer to join our distributed Agile engineering team. You will take an active role in shaping and delivering high‑quality, user‑centric applications across our cloud‑based Data Insights platform and Treasury and Liquidity Management components, contributing to both technical execution and design decisions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with backend engineers and product managers to build scalable, performant, and intuitive interfaces for complex financial workflows. While the primary focus is front‑end development, familiarity with Python will enable effective collaboration across the full stack.
